Whether or not to take insurance is something I have been thoughtful about during my time in practice. Currently, I am not in-network with insurance, but provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement (see FAQ) for your convenience. Not being in-network allows me to provide the care I clinically see fit. This means that if you need longer or more frequent sessions and after session care, I can provide it to you without impacting your treatment progress. Conversely, your insurance may not deem sessions medically necessary if you are not experiencing severe symptoms. In situations where you may not meet the criteria for a diagnosis or you only qualify for a limited amount of sessions, I can still be of help to provide thorough and consistent treatment for your desired outcome.
For those who do not have the financial resources to pay for their treatment with me, I keep three pro bono/low fee slots open in my practice at all times. It is an important part of my job to give back to people who need or want assistance. Feel free to ask if any of these slots are open when you contact me. If they are open, I will be happy to accommodate you.
For accessibility, I have linked my intake forms that you can fill out and bring to your first appointment. Not all forms below are required for each person. I will tell you which ones you will need to fill out when we set up our appointment.
